Privacy and cookie policy

Version of 24 October 2026.

1. Who processes your data

The controller is Sole proprietor Demeshkina O. D. (Russia) (Tax ID (INN) 772318602195, registration No. (OGRNIP) 323774600179074). For any privacy question: phone / WhatsApp +7 926 669-52-31 or the “Write a message” form on the home page.

2. What data the site collects

If you message us or call, you share your contact details yourself; they are used only to reply to your request.

The site uses cookies and the Yandex Metrica web analytics service (Yandex LLC, Russia). It receives pseudonymous data: IP address, device and browser type, pages and time of the visit, clicks on links and buttons, the referring source and a recording of on-page actions (Session Replay). Text typed into the form is not recorded.

3. The “Write a message” form

Data: your name (optional), WhatsApp, phone or email for the reply, the task description (optional). By sending the form you consent to this processing — the checkbox in the form.

Purpose: to reply to your request and discuss the task. The data is not used for mailings and is not shared with third parties.

Where it is stored: the form sends an email to the controller’s mailbox at the Mail service (VK LLC, Russia); the email passes through the site hosting (Beget LLC, Russia) and is not stored on the site. To protect against spam, the site keeps only an encrypted fingerprint of the IP address, for no longer than one hour. This means your data is transferred to Russia.

Retention: as long as needed to handle your request, and no longer than 3 years after the last message; then it is deleted. You can ask for earlier deletion using the contacts in section 1.

4. Why we use analytics and cookies

To understand how many people visit the site, where they come from and which buttons they use, and to improve the site. The data is not sold and is not shared with anyone except Yandex LLC as the provider of Metrica.

5. Legal basis

Your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR for visitors from the EU; the UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 (PDPL) for visitors from the UAE; Federal Law No. 152-FZ “On Personal Data” of the Russian Federation). For the form, consent is given with the checkbox; for cookies — by continuing to use the site after the notice.

6. How to opt out

You can disable or delete cookies in your browser settings — the site will keep working. You can block Metrica with a tracker blocker or the Yandex opt-out add-on. To withdraw consent or request information about processing, use the contacts in section 1.

7. Your rights

You may request access to your data, its correction or deletion, restrict or object to processing, withdraw consent at any time and lodge a complaint with your data protection authority.
